Due to the storm on 2 and 3 May, there have been deaths, injuries and missing in Ayeyawady and Yangon Divisions.

According to the latest figures of the victims up to 6 pm on 12^th May 2008, a total of 31,938 people died, 1,403 were injured and 29,770 went missing in all regions struck by the storm.
