—The meeting (10/2008) of Commission for Holding Referendum for approval of draft constitution of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar was held at the meeting hall of the Commission for Holding Referendum at Building No 22 here on 26th May 2008, Monday morning.

Present on the occasion were Chairman of Commission for Holding Referendum Chief Justice U Aung Toe, Secretary, Joint-Secretary and members of the Commission. The Chairman of the Commission for Holding Referendum presided over the meeting and Secretary U Win Ko acted as master of ceremonies. First, the Chairman delivered a speech. Next, those present touched upon work done and took part in the discussions on matters relating to holding referendum for approval of the draft constitution. The meeting ended with the concluding remarks by the Chairman of the Commission.
