31 July 2009—Criminal Cases Nos 47/2009, 48/2009 and 49/2009 against US citizen Mr John William Yettaw, Daw Aung San Suu Kyi, Daw Khin Khin Win and Ma Win Ma Ma were heard at Yangon North District Court at 10 am on 31^st July.

The court was unable to pass the final judgment, for it still has to review and decide the legal proceedings over the statements of the witnesses, evidences and arguments of the both sides.

The cases were postponed to 10 am on 11 August to pronounce the final judgment.
