Preventive measures against global human flu carried out at Thilawa Port Terminal
Preventive measures against swine flu taken at M.V Crystal Symphony vessel on 5 May.

A team comprising Deputy Director-General Dr Kyaw Nyunt Sein of Department of Health, Director Dr Soe Lwin Nyein (Infectious Disease) and Head of Yangon Division Health Department Dr Hla Myint, together with General Manager U Win Hlaing of Myanma Travel Service and officials inspected patient records of the world travelers aboard MV Crystal Symphony arriving at the mouth of Yangon river yesterday. In cooperation with health teams, the health staff took preventive measures against global human flu.

Easy and smooth travel for the tourists were arranged and health care provide to the passengers. In the afternoon, tourists from the vessel were tested with clinical thermometer. The vessel has carried 394 passengers and 546 crews from the US-based Crystal Cruises. No one on board was infected with swine flu.
