NAY PYI TAW, 19 March 2010— The case of occurring new influenza (A/H1N1) pandemic in Myanmar has been issued in the dailies. There has been still case of the pandemic in Dagon Myothit (South) and Bahan Townships in Yangon Region, Chanmyathazi Township in Mandalay Region, Kyaukme, Hsipaw and Nawnghkio Townships in Shan state (North), Monywa Township in Sagaing Region and Magway in Magway Region.

There are 36 people with flu-like symptom at the hospital during March 2010. Two of them were discharged and the others are in health care but no one is dead.

With the guidance of Ministry of Health, Central and Regional Authorities take preventive measures against (AH1N1) pandemic. For not occurring the case, the people should keep the warnings of Ministry of Health.
