6 May 2012—A total of 278 drug-related cases were exposed across the nation in April. The seizures were 171.5777 kilos of opium in 37 cases, 1.0744 kilos of heroin in 82 cases, 0.5886 kilos of opium oil solid in five cases, 4.3182 kilos of low-grade opium in 11 cases, 4.015 kilos of marijuana in 10 cases, 186,178 tablets of stimulant in 110 cases, 32.2839 kilos of opium speciosa in 12 cases, 0.03 litre of opium liquid in one case, 0.0022 kilo of Ice, 0.0185 kilo of stimulant powder in two coses , nine litres of stimulant liquid in one case, five kilos of morphine in one case, 10 kilos of Caffeine in one case, 860 tablets of diazepam in one case, 0.575 kilos of chemical powder, 0.655 kilo of chemical liquid, three cases of failure to register and other two cases.

Actions were taken against 363 persons—294 men and 69 women—in 278 cases under law.
