Sand-sculpture is really popular. As it’s famous, we decided to arrange the exhibition. As it is a team work, we set up sand sculptures team Myanmar with the friends. And also displayed our sand-sculpture here on 6th November 2006.

Our success became the driving force and we displayed the second time. Those who come here for pleasure and relaxation may get a new experience and it may make them more amazing and exciting. It is our aim. By holding such exhibition here, we’ve got in touch with public.

In constructing buildings in our country, most of the people use imported materials and apply foreign technology. While designing this hotel, without using imported materials, we designed most of the things including lanterns and bathroom accessories with local products to save foreign currency.

In implementing the finishing touches, we use local made construction materials rather than ordering them from Yangon.

It not only saves the expense of the owner but also makes the beauty of hotel harmony with this surrounding. All the stones used in paving, making retaining wall, and planting are obtained from the vicinity.

The scene inside is quite clear. And, in our tropical region, unlike in the other cold regions, we can use natural colours for excitation of the customer.

So, we use the colours that can give the sense of relaxation.

In landscaping, I use the plants growing in this area. You can see the sea and the trees in the environs, from the room. So, also I furnish the bath room with pieces of rock and plants for the visitors to be able to enjoy the landscape inside.
