Plaster Module Industry

Plastering is based on the arts of sculpture and painting. Buddha images, tumbling Kelly, owls, tigers, elephants and other various dolls are usually made of plaster.

In order to make plaster objects the particular figure has to be made of dry, first. The particular mould has to be shaped out of clay by using the art of sculpture in order to obtain the needed shape. Moulding must be conducted from that particular shaped mould.

Plaster powder or stone powder has to be mixed with cement powder and water. Then the figure is cast with this mixture.

After a few moments when the mould dries, the mould is ready. Many plaster dolls are made through this way. If the mould has been casted, the steps of making plaster dolls then become easy. Mix plaster powder and water thoroughly. A little tiny amount of cement powder is added for cementing purpose. When it goes ready pour them into the particular mould. After taking time enough to enable the plaster to become dry, the mould must be peeled systematically. After that the sample of the particular shape is ready.

Then, the sample-mould is sandpapered until it is completely smooth. Base color is then applied and then let to dry. And then it is painted using various colors.

All kinds of colored plaster dolls, based on the intricate arts of painting and sculpture are available everywhere.

Especially, at the shops on the stairways of prominent pagodas, these plaster dolls are appreciated by children and adults alike.
