As soon as you enter Shan traditional house, you will notice that shrine room and sitting room are combined. The kitchen is next to the sitting room at the back of the house. |

By the way look mother and daughter are busy preparing Shan noodle for the visitors. Shan noodle is one of our favourite traditional food and Shan lady is going to explain us noodle making. There are dried noodle made of rice, chicken, onion, boiled tomatoes, ground ginger and garlic, peanut oil, chili powder and a little salt. The first process is slice the chicken. The next is slicing the tomatoes, slice onion as thinly as you can. A few onion needs to slice moderately. When the oil is cooked, add onion, a little chili powder for the color and needs with slice chicken. |

When it has cooked, apprenticing Shan noodle is ready to be served. Shan noodle is cooked in the boiling water and you will love to taste traditional softer sticky Shan noodle. Please enjoy our Shan noodle and please opening shell your opinion. I’m sure you are always remembering the hospitality and friendliness is our Shan nationals. To be tasty pickle, peanut powder, bean fish sauce, garlic must also be made ready. |
