We have seen losses of so many lives and destruction of properties caused by the Tsunami tidal waves throughout the world on 26^th December 2004. Technicians and experts of the international community are currently making efforts for installation of the Tsunami early warning systems to prevent another Tsunami disaster in future.

Myanmar is also carrying out plans for installation of the Tsunami early waning system. A responsible official of the WMO, Deputy Director General U Tun Lwin of the Department of Meteorology and Hydrology will now explain Myanmar's implementations.
