With the objectives to develop highly qualified human resource, to develop regional human resource, to establish and the continuous learning community and to observe the ever increasing knowledge for basic to research level at the reasonable fields. E-libraries are now opened in the whole country with the extensive skills.

We are now at the newly opened E-Library in Mon Ywa the capital city of Sagaing Division. This new e-library is installed with 35 computer sets and over 2400 CD- Roms.

We are also learned that there is the computer learning centre where 3 months computer training courses are being conducted in 3 sections. Trainees are included students, government employees, businessmen and of course local people as well.

We can say that this e-library in Monywa will greatly help for regional human resource development programmes and it will surely bring success in creating and continuous learning community.
