As we left Yandabo village, we could see lovely village with Pagodas, monasteries and pleasant green fields along the river. Then, we took a brief stop at Shwetantit village which is 3 and a half miles away from the east of Pakhoku Township.

During the stopover, we went to the village to see the simple life of the villagers and how they make their livelihood. The two lion statues, which stand at the entrance of the village is one of the interesting things for the tourists. From Shwetantit village, we continued our journey. Some after leaving the Shwetantit village, we saw the ship “Road to Mandalay”, which is one of the popular leisure cruise ships in Myanmar, plying from Mandalay to Bagan.

From the distance, we could see Bagan, the ancient capital city and cultural heritage of Myanmar built a thousand years ago.Later, our Pantaw 2 anchored at a jetty near Bu Pagoda. We then went into Bagan by horse carts.

We are arrived back at Bagan. The ancient capital city of Myanmar built at thousand years ago. You can observed many famous Pagodas and many cultural heritage in Bagan.

Bagan is the main tourist attraction in Myanmar. One of the richest archaeological sites in Asia. It is located on the east bank of Ayeyarwaddy river. The whole spaces thickly started with Pagoda of all site in sunshade.

While in Bagan, we were entertained to a Myanmar Marionette show, on Pataw 2 ship. The next day, we left Bagan and went to Tankyi Hill which is on other side of Bagan. Tankyi Hill is one of the famous hills in Myanmar.

As we arrived Tankyi village, the villagers warmly welcomed our group with Myanmar traditional Kyaukse elephant dance.We now arrived back Tankyi hill. It is situated in Bagan at other site of Ayeyarwaddy river. You can see many ancient Pagoda beautiful view of the Ayeyarwaddy river and sunset from the hill.We continued our journey again from Tankyi hill.
