As we continued our journey along the Ayeyawaddy River, we saw beautiful sceneries and the natural environment. We also saw from distance oil drilling pylons in Yae Nan Chaung. Our boat sailed under the A Naw Ya Hta Bridge, which links Chauk on the eastern bank of Ayeyawaddy River and Seik Phyu on the western Bank. |

As we continued our journey we got to Sale Yoke Sone Kyaung, a cultural heritage site in Sale, which in situated on the eastern bank of the Ayeyawaddy River. It is famous with its spectacular wood carvings. The famous writer Sale U Pone Nya during the time of the Myanmar Kings was from Sale. |

Sale Yoke Sone Kyaung was built in AD 1882. There we saw very beautiful artistic work wood carvings around it and also saw ancient Buddha image, utensils of Yadanabon period, and the museum of Myanmar famous writer U Pone Nya in Sale Yoke Sone Kyaung. After that, we went to “Man” pagoda built in AD 1300. It was made by lacquer ware. And then, we continued our journey from Sale. We can call Ayeyawaddy River as the riverside route of Myanmar. Because there are many ships and boats playing up and down the Ayeyawaddy River. |

Soon after we left Sale, we arrived at Mya Tha Lun pagoda in Magwe, which is very famous Pagoda in Myanmar. Magwe is 290 miles far from Mandalay. One of the famous Myatha Lun Pagoda is situated in Magwe brink of the river bank of Ayeyawaddy River. It is famous with its solid gold grate work. Now, you can see Myathalun Pagoda. When we arrived in Magwe, the visitors went sightseeing by trishaw. And then, we visited to Magwe market and bought local traditional handicrafts. From Magwe market, we went to Myathalun Pagoda, which is the pride of Magwe. Mythalun Pagoda is glittering with gold built on the brink of the Ayeyawaddy River, built is a tourist’s attraction. After that, we continued our journey. |
