Mou Bine Daunt, one of Myanma Traditional snack, it makes from steamed rice flour. First, grid Pawsanhmwe rice to make . Ring scar bean and boil. Then crush it. Mix rice with water. Roll them into rounded shape into boiling water. After two minutes, put them out and cool. Mix with lime solution and salt. Devide half. Mix with boil bean and then put in pressure cooker. After 15 minutes, take them out and cut with into small pieces. Put grided coconut , pounded sesame. It’s tasty Myanma Traditional snack. |
