The Popa mountain Park is located in Kyaukpadaung Township of Mandalay Division in the Central Myanmar. One of the objectives of the Popa mountain Park is to preserve medicinal plant and to encourage sustainable utilization.

So, we grow medicinal plants for research and demonstration since 1993. In this park 150 species of medicinal plants are Popa mountain origin and another 100 species are collected from say-gyi mountain of Paul Township and we have planted more than 500 medicinal plants in the nurseries of the park. So that, the visitors can study medicinal plants very easily in the Popa mountain park.
